ARTICLE 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is hosted by Shopify on a secure infrastructure. Shopify implements technical and organizational measures compliant with industry standards, including access protection and data security mechanisms.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, then Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once your purchase transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards.

ARTICLE 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers have their own privacy policies.
Some of our partners may be located outside the European Union for the purpose of fulfilling orders. In this case, only strictly necessary data is transmitted.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL protocol. Although no method is 100% secure, we implement security measures in line with industry standards.
COOKIES
During your first visit, a cookie consent banner allows you to accept, refuse, or customize their use.
Here is a list of cookies we use:
session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store your session information (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) on the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, indefinite if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
ARTICLE 7 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you declare that you are of the minimum age required in your country of residence to consent to the processing of your personal data (at least 15 years old in France).
